We provide customized logo by giving us your logos and colors by telling us the Panton color.
Short Respond Time
We provide 24 hours before and after sales service, and also technical support.
Payment terms
30% ~ 50% down payments based on orders, balance before delivery. We could accept various payment ways for samples, like west union, PayPal, credit card. For batch orders, T/T and L/C are available.
Sample delivery
Usually, the sample will be delivered by air express DHL/TNT/FEDEX, if you have other solutions, we could discuss.
Guarantee
Our warranty time of slew drives is 3~5 years based on different series. For motors, the standard warranty time is 1 year. Any special requirement about the warranty time, we could discuss.
R&D
We could develop new products for customers, but there will be die cost. We can return the fee of mould when quantities reach to a certain number later.
Package
By wooden case which is free from fumigation.
